Welcome to NIOde, the Linux development environment for the Dutch Olympiad of Informatics. Although the system is especially meant for Dutch people, it's quite usable for non-Dutch people too. In the end we might be able to generate Dutch and English images from one source tree. Actually, the system is quite English already, so it should be quite usable already.
Just a short summary of the system: It's derived from Knoppix, so it has almost the same features. Just that some of them are removed because they're not too interesting for IOI/NIO things, and of course we added some development stuff like FreePascal.
You can download (200MB, 550MB after decompression) a bzip2-compressed ISO image from here. If the link doesn't work I probably forgot to update the English page. The link on the download page should always work though. Please warn me when I forgot it, so I can fix it.
If you don't mind getting some Dutch garbage on your screen, you can also use a more recent, but Dutch version. I hope to put an English version of this snapshot on this page when I get the time. This version is more than a year newer than the latest English version, so you might want to try it if there are any problems with the old one.
